Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 15, 2026

Civic Duty Improv, a DBA of Hip Pocket Consulting LLC, respects your privacy. Here’s what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

If you join our email list, we collect your name and email address. If you register for a class or RSVP for a Free Intro Night, our registration service, CrowdWork, collects your name, contact information, and payment details for us. If you call or email us, we keep what you send so we can answer you.

How we use it

To run classes and events, send the updates you signed up for, and answer your questions. That’s it. We don’t sell or rent your information to anyone.

Payments

Payments are handled by CrowdWork and its payment processor. We don’t receive or store your full card number.

Who else sees it

Only the services that help us run the program, like registration and email, and only what they need to do that job. We’ll also share information if the law requires it.

Cookies and analytics

This site may use basic cookies and analytics to see how people use it. [Update once the site builder and analytics tool are chosen]

Email

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. Use it anytime.

Kids

Our classes are for adults, and we don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Your choices

Want to see, correct, or delete the information we have about you? Email info@civicdutyimprov.com and we’ll take care of it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
